To the extent required by applicable law, we may disclose personally identifiable information to government authorities, or to third parties pursuant to a subpoena or other legal process, and we may also use or disclose your information as permitted by law to protect the rights or property of us, our members, our website, or its users.
We do NOT sell/provide any information or your email address with any third parties except the host and/or sponsor's request for making/reservation of outdoor activity.
All your information provided for outdoor activities will be deleted in 1 week (7 days) after the end of every activity.
Please indicate you are consent to your data being used as described in this section "How Your Information Will Be Used" by ticking the relevant box situated on the form on which we collect your data.
